Doug review about company Tim's Handyman Service

I don't usually provide this type of feedback, but i felt i needed to. Read all the reviews, there is a pattern with this guy. As with many others who provided reviews for Tim, he missed scheduled appointments a couple times without calling ... so not reliable in that area. When he finally showed up to work, his helper didn't show up so Tim had to work alone making it difficult for him to hang 12' sheets of 5/8" drywall. When i offered my help and pointed out that i can work with him, he got so agitated and angry he threaten to leave the job stating i was interfering. For the limited work he did do, I found his work to be poor quality and he was not receptive to any input or owner suggestions. He did things his way, not what i wanted. He was not adaptable. He told me numerous times he has 30 years experience, but that was not apparent. His work was not to the level i would expect. On the second day when he finally showed up around 10:30 am he worked for about 20 minutes then secretly left the job without finishing while i was upstairs working on my computer ... then texted me a couple hours later with a bill for the poor work he did do. I had to hire another contractor to fix and finish the job at an extra cost to me. Tim is extremely unprofessional to say the least. He also uses a fake address on Brawley School Rd that doesn't even exist. Final note: We never know what's going on in someone's life ... all i know is this didn't work out for for me. So buyer beware!!!
