Dean Schmidt review about company Heritage Home Maintenance

The owner, John Ingram, really seemed like a good, honest guy until the new roof he put on started leaking. That's when I found out that the warranty he sold me ($450) was a worthless piece of paper. Leak caused a water stain in my living room and he does not care in the least. He has my money.... Said he was going to fix the leak and never showed. When I asked for warranty money back and said I would fix leak myself, he won't return that either. He seems to be perfectly happy that he ripped me off for $450. Don't be fooled. He's just like everyone else....
