If I could give less than one star I would. For 4 weeks Weathertight roofing has wasted my time. After one week of waiting for an appointment to be scheduled, I called in and was told the person I gave my information to had been fired and they would expedite someone to come out right away. Another week went by and via phone calls, more lip service. On Monday, a new employee met with my insurance agent. Tuesday, I received a confirmation phone call the work would be done Friday (yesterday). Weathertight roofing not only did not show up, they didn’t contact me, reply to my texts or phone call. They’re website states everything they are not. Honest (really?), free estimate (the employee complained I had received over $500 of his time, no work had been done, just estimate). Winter is here, I’ll have little luck in finding someone available to repair the damage before it is damaged further. Reputable companies do not play these games.
