debbie alonzo review about company Diamond Roofing of Florida

These people are rude after they get you to sign a contract and do not do what they say. I am a month out of getting my insurance cancelled bc they have missed so many appointments since September 2016! It is the last week of February!!! AHHHHH tried talking to owner, and he is miserable. It seems I am "stuck" with them doing my roof (if they show) and they had better do a great job. As of now... stay far away from these people.. I will leave follow up reviews when I meet this owner AND after the work is complete and approved by the permit people. I have had an AC company do a horrible job in the past and the permit was NOT signed off on and he gave me a state complaint form (I never filled it out), but that is all the permit people will do..I know this from previous job. Contractors are not held accountable with out really deep pockets. I'm scared. SOOO
