I invited him to take a closer look, and that day after confirming damage, called my insurance company to file a claim. Within 3 days, the adjuster and their own roofer, plus Brian and his supervisor, all met on site, verified storm damage, and my insurance claim was approved. Brian was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me greatly throughout the process, as this was my first homeowner's insurance claim. I was on their schedule and the roof was completed within 2 weeks, ahead of the predicted time frame. The roofing crew that came out was also friendly, and worked hard to finish a 30-square roof from start to final cleanup in just 10 hours. After a final walk-through, Brian made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction, double-checking every inch caulking and the overall quality of workmanship. I would definitely recommend R.L. Groves and Sons to a friend or family member!
