I wanted to take a moment to express how disappointed we've been with the work done by Tallahassee Roofing. To begin, we were told our repair would be put on the schedule only to find out a week and a half later upon our follow-up that it had not been scheduled. We were finally given a scheduling date only to have them re-schedule without notifying us after we had taken off of work in order to be home. The repair was not rescheduled until I once again followed-up. When repairmen finally showed up, there was a discrepancy between what they're understanding was for the repair according to their boss and what they noticed at the home. After the repair was completed, we have found multiple pieces of shingle and multiple nails thrown haphazardly throughout our yard. Thankfully no one has been injured on these, but leaving our home in that state after completing a job is unacceptable. We will not be choosing to use Tallahassee Roofing in the future.
