Cardinal Village review about company The Third Estimate Corporation
We had Third Estimate replace windows for our retirement community. We will continue to use them as they are fair, prompt and do a professional job. Our biggest concern was being respectful of our residents' time and space and there have been no problems with the installers. If there are any follow up issues, they respond to them quickly. We highly recommend this company.
