Jackie Haisley review about company Lianro Metal Roofs

If I could leave a no star rating I would and my next stop is to find out if they're BBB members to report them because this company is beyond horrid. My mom had a Deca Tile roof installed about a year ago and reported a concern during installation that Lianro has yet to fix. They've pushed back appointment times or suggested that they'll have a solution at their next visit leaving a strong impression that they have no interest in satisfied customers. Their company motto of "Peace of Mind for a lifetime" seems to only be referring to the to the actual roofing product they install rather than the company. Their lack of customer service and professionalism is appalling for so called "experts" in their field.
