Marcus Zehr review about company M&A Exterior Home Improvement

I'd have preferred to communicate with this company over the phone instead of email because in doing so I would have known immediately that they did not have a ladder large enough to accommodate a three story building instead of wasting a day emailing back and forth while looking at them as an option for repairing the roof of my home. I cannot comment on the quality of the work but I was not impressed by email correspondence I received while trying to get a quote. This probably would have been resolved immediately with a phone call to clarify my needs or a warning on the web site stating that they do not have the ability to climb onto the roof of a 3 story home.
