Tom Liu review about company Metro Metal Roofing Manufacturing and Distribution

We have Metro Romain installed in 2016 and I found out the granular was becoming loose in some spots so my contractor and I have been trying to get rep from Metro roof to approve a warranty claim. My contractor registered on the website but never got a warranty registration number and as a result we could not get a warranty claim sent in. I talked to a rep but she keep saying we have to register which we did but never got a number! I am not sure if it is their system issue or what but it has been more than 6 months since the start of this process and we are nowhere closer than the start of this!
