Jeffrey Williams review about company Safeguard Exteriors & Restoration, LLC

This company is very inexperienced! They argued with me about needing an inspector obviously they didn't want to follow protoco.l They didn't follow OSHA laws for safety they had guys on my roof with no harnesses. I had to make them come down twice, they had a supervisor that left people on my roof and went home.These people did not speak English. They ruined the grass and stepped on the lights cracking one of them breaking another bulb. They do not have roofers workers compensation which protects roofers specifically ,so if someone Falls from they roof they can sue me and my family. They also were very disorganized. I would speak to one person then another person they weren't communicating with each other in this company. They didn't know what was going on. One time the owner actually told me I'm going to send guys over to do your roof in one day to do the job he said he saw the hour-by-hour and could do the job bad way I thought it was ridiculous to try to replace an entire roof in one day while dodging inbetween raindrops. I told him no that's not going to work, I was originally told by the Lead Supervisor it takes 3 days to replace the roof properlyThe owner said I'm going to send the guys anyway and you can call the police and have them removed or cancel the contract. These people are associated with the Mad Sky program from Liberty Mutua. I had no problems with Liberty Mutual but I definitely had to speak with mad Sky a number of times to make these guys do what they were supposed to ridiculous. If you're thinking about this company my advice would be and my opinion is you should run right now. After the work was done I had workers in my backyard woods urinating Unbelievable!!! Don't do it unless you want a nightmare on your hands. I had to oversee the job myself to make sure that to keep these guys in line everyday all day until the job was completed because mad Sky never came to the property to oversee the job being done. Every time the workers showed up. I had to supervise the job to make sure they would actually do it correctly and safely. This was a nightmare. I will never ever pick this company to do anything for me again. Incidentally there were two parts to this contract they were going to do the inside, paint the ceiling replace the drywall due to a leak. We're looking elsewhere for that part of the job to be completed .For all of you out there good luck... but if you're thinking about this company choose another one unless you want the HEADACHE!😫😫
