There seemed to have been a problem with the setting back of the swamp cooler when the company installed my new roof. There has been a tremendous amount of rain here in Fort Collins recently. Were a leaked occurred inside my home coming down from above where the swamp cooler was set. After calling the home office in Illinois, someone arrived at my door within 20 minutes to check the problem out. Even though it took several times to fix the problem, they were quick to show up. Extremely professional with the office personnel Julie that I spoke to. There was no hassle at all from this company . I as a customer was having an issue. They responded and took care of everything to my satisfaction. Francisco was a dream to deal with.
