Stephen Swiatek review about company DuraBull Roofing

New roof/work was done professionally last summer but I have since had shingles fall off on my new ridge vent last December and have tried to reach out to the owner on multiple accounts- email, phone, and text with no response back. Recently got a hold of sales manager who said it would be my responsibility to fix and if I want it covered under the warranty I would need to talk to the owner- reached out again multiple times but still no response. I'm willing to upgrade this review if I can receive some sort of communication and rectification of the issue.
