Contracted with All Custom Exteriors to replace roof on older home. The entire experience from initial estimate through completion was exceptional. Trent did an excellent job with the estimate, provided detail of the worked to be done, explained possible contingencies and answered all my questions. The office staff (Jennifer) was was very professional and responsive to questions and request. The work crew arrived early on the day promised and Cal explained the work plan and estimated duration of the job. John, Jess and Joe were great on the job. Even thought the tear-off was a bit more challenging than expected, they were troopers in keeping a good disposition through the job. They communicated well at each stage of the work. Appreciated that they took great care to clean up at the end of each day. The finished project was outstanding, the house looks like a different place and we know that a roof problem will not be a worry for some time. They were not the least expensive bid; however, after talking with Trent I had confidence in what they proposed including the possibility of some extra work depending on what was discovered after tear-off.
