Craig Herndon review about company ProCraft Exteriors

I worked with Chris and Mark of ProCraft regarding both my Missouri home, and, more extensively, my Marco Island home last year after Irma. At the time, they had facilities in both the St. Louis and Jacksonville communities and were moving key people to establish a SW Florida office. I found them honest and they stood by their words and their work. They did not low-ball me price wise to get the job. Rather, they were completely upfront with me in explaining codes and realities that others might gloss over and then charge for later. They always returned my calls and texts. When we had issues or setbacks, as inevitably happens after a disastrous storm, they addressed these issues to my complete satisfaction. I am not a family member, spouse or even an acquaintance prior to their work for me. Their recommendation to me came from a friend who had selected them to replace the roof on his church. Skip Herndon
