Antoine Artis review about company Taylor Construction

I responded to an advertisement in the Valu-pack for a free estimate for window replacement...the sales associate Brett came by and he was nice enough at first..Brett did the measurements and took his notes...I informed Brett early on that we would not make a decision until we had 3 estimates for the job ...He acknowledged my statement and continued with the presentation....after being subjected to Brett's 4 and Half hour sales pitch he finally got it through his head that we were going to get 2 more estimates like I told him 40 minutes into the presentation...he was not respectful of my time or my decision process....I would not work with Taylor if these are the sales tactics they condone....high pressure and very aggressive....let the quality of your product speak for itself...don't hold the customer hostage for 4 1/2 hours in their own home ...Nice Guy, terrible listener...He claimed that we would be wasting our time getting other estimates because he had the competition's estimates with him (which he displayed...but we wanted to see other firms!!!
