Contracted with R Siding to replace a patio door. Had very poor communication and job was not done in a timely manner. Also, the installation was not satisfactory leaving a gap at one corner which allowed air and bugs entry to the home. Very poor customer service! In addition, although the total bill was paid IN FULL within 30 days of installation, they charged interest after 10 days & another interest after another 10 days! Unbelievable! Have never in 35 years of doing business with contractors, been treated so poorly.
