All dealings with any business should be like this company. Chris Ellis held my hand through the entire process. He was even at the house when the insurance adjuster was here. I knew nothing about replacing a roof and was very apprehensive. Chris walked me through from beginning to end. They have a great staff that is there for you with a smile in their voice. Casey, the project manager, made scheduling and the final wrap up a breeze. I was kept informed throughout. The roofing crew was pleasant, courteous and very efficient.
