I'd give them a zero if I could. I had guttering installed on my home over 2 years ago. This guttering came with a lifetime warranty From day one, it leaked and overflowed. I made numerous calls to the business and the technician that did my installation to report my issues. No one ever called me back. I finally had to sue them in small claims court. I got a judgment against them and they won't even pay that. Now I'm out the cost of the lawsuit as well. Beware.
