Terrible customer service, almost always make mistake's on orders, not the best prices. They never call back like they promise with quotes. Really dislike this location. There is no time for that when running a business, their mistakes and delays in getting out quotes cost me money! Their competition does on the spot quotes and also send an e-mail with the quote listing pricing on all materials, etc. instantly, which they honor for 30 days. Roof center has difficulty keeping up with that. Hardly ever got requested receipts as well. They are also often out of stock of common materials. After several chances, no more sticking with their competition!
