Sharlotte Rapson review about company Thaxen Developments Ltd

The sales rep was friendly and helpful. The prices we were quoted were ridiculous but we eventually agreed on a figure we were both happy with. They have replaced the guttering and 3 weeks later we are STILL waiting for the rubbish to be removed. We have tried calling several times but the line is constantly engaged, I cannot believe that EVERY person in the company is on the phone every time that we have called, unless its because all their customers want to complain! As this seems the only form of contact I can use, I would like a call back from a Manager of Thaxen as soon as this review is received. it is unacceptable to 'drop' your customers as soon as you have their business.
