Previous reviews are probably fake. These guys are a Mickey Mouse operation. They higher unlicensed Subcontractors who are paid cash and have poor communication and quality. If you hire these guys, make sure you understand Mechanic's Liens as Mr. Edri will definitely use this to his advantage. His subs can even put a lien against your house because there's no proof of payment except when he pays them cash. I wanted to resolve the issues with the owner because I was getting nowhere arguing with the unregistered salesperson that represents his business. I called the office where a young girl was giggling in the background as I was stating my concerns. She said that NOBODY talks to the owner. I hear nothing for 2 months and then receive a notice in the mail with the intent to put a Mechanic's Lien against my property. They went through the website Zlien's. This was a scare tactic of course. The owner Simon Edri was still unreasonable and went to the extent of taking an official Mechanic's Lien against my property. Of course he had not leg to stand on in court, I just waited until this expired and requested him to remove it or I would retain an attorney to do so at his expense. He removed it and we went our seperate ways. Talk about an unethical business owner who knows he's wrong but just wants to scare his customers into paying up. You have been warned!!!!!!!!!
