Last month, we had some crazy weather here, The weather effected my roof enough that I needed to replace my roof. The $64,000 question was "Who do I use" ?I was not sure if I could believe reviews on Roofers. I wanted to dig deeper. First, I wanted a great warranty. Second, I wanted reviews of different manufacturers and how they backed their warranties. Thirdly, I wanted to research roofers opinions of installing different brands. For me, service is the most important valve I look for in large purchases . I decided on the brand of shingle first and then went to their website to find a "Roofing Pro" in my area. I found CERTIFIED INC" and Jose. Jose was "low-key". He did not try to pressure me in using his company. I decided to check out other Roofers to compare price and service. After doing so, I went with Certified. They were great! They worked with me on my insurance quote and payment for their services. In addition, they wanted me to be happy on my color choice so they gave me addresses to look at different homes they installed roofs on so I felt good about my color choice for my home.
