Do not hire! While Eric "appears" to be knowledgeable about the trade, he is anything but.i hired him to reside an addition, replace cedar shake, re-do trim, add belly band and replace a door. In short, he "admitted" he used the incorrect siding, belly band . He tore off my roof to my porch and when I talked with him on several occasions about this, I finally had to ask him to stop all work on my home. Then he threatened me with legal action because he said I had to pay him the remainder balance even though the job was not complete. I have had 2 other bids and he had his own person sent by his attorney who also states the job was "fixable". It's "fixable" meaning it's not correct. A year after this my home is still incomplete, I had to hire an attorney and I am looking at a complete tear off because of exposure to the elements from his shotty unfinished work. Think twice before hiring this person. He comes across as knowledgeable and honest but he is not.
