Very pleased with Paul and his team. Paul came round quickly to assess the situation (despite going on holiday a few hours later!!!) and wrote up what we thought was a very reasonable quote. His team arrived promptly and resolved the issues very professionally taking pictures of the repairs to allow us to see the repair without having to go on the roof. At the end of the job we were a little concerned that a void in one of our wall bricks would could additional water ingress, Paul assured us that, that wouldn't happen but nevertheless filled the void with sand and cement free of charge. Overall, very happy with the service, the repair and price, especially with a 10 year guarantee on all works. Would highly recommend. Thanks Paul
