Shane & his crew are wonderful! My husband & I had been dreading replacing our roof & gutters, but they made it such an easy process. We have, in the past, contacted a couple of the 'big name' companies & set up appointments to receive quotes these companies never even showed up to quote us! Shane responded quickly, showed up early & quoted us an extremely reasonable price! They even fit us in within a week of our quote! The crew showed up on time, worked very efficiently & within a day we had our new roof. The next morning they came & finished our gutters. Both crews were very conscientious about cleaning up everything before they left for the day, which was one of our biggest worries, because of our dogs. People had told us to be careful because roofers 'always' leave nails in your yard. We didn't find that to be our experience, they cleaned up after themselves. Overall, Karbella made this a great experience! We will definitely use them in the future! Kudos to Shane & his crew!
