MasterBuilt made empty promises and has still yet to finish the work scope. I won’t use them again. Their communication skills suck and they keep giving me the run around. It took me getting “nasty” with someone to attempt to get an answer that I still do not have. Told me they’d be done within 6 weeks, that was back in May...still not done! (9/5)
