The whole process was easy and efficient from start to finish. Frank showed up on time to do the quote and explained the process fully. We were kept informed of the installation date by Ann in the office, which due to the crazy weather we had been experiencing changed several times. The installation crew, led by Al, did a fine job with our roof, cleaned up very well after the job, and informed us they would be back in several weeks to re-clean the gutters after the initial washing away of packing material from the shingles. Unfortunately this never happened. After several calls to the office, which were never returned, I gave up and did it myself. Not a problem for me, but disappointed in the lack of follow up. To be fair, the installer did come back a week after the job to install a roof vent that had been missed, so we were happy about that attention to detail.
