David Butts review about company Whalley's Four Seasons Roofing

Three years ago, I was looking for someone to replace my roof. A neighbour mentioned that he'd had his roof replaced by a company called Whalley’s Four Seasons Roofing. This is a true family business that Ed has been running for many years with his wife Darlene and their sons. It was soon obvious that Ed was by far the most knowledgeable roofer I had ever met and I hired him on the spot. The job was finished in good time and as the work progressed, Ed and I talked about roofing. I learned a lot about the business and especially what questions should be asked and answered! I have had no problems with the roof at all. But a week ago, during a heavy rainfall, I found that the water was not flowing smoothly through the downspout. I was sure there was something blocking it. I called Ed, and as soon as the rain let up, his son came out and dismantled the entire downspout. He found that squirrels had been hiding pine cones for some time and had blocked the downspout. He cleared it out completely and in quick time. I could not have asked for better treatment, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing with roofing problems or looking to replace their roof.
