I had a leaking flat roof and other people who came to quote didn't go up on the roof, they took photos from the garden and said I'd need scaffolding. Ray's team came round - were recommended by my insurers, hopped up on the roof, diagnosed the problem cracked lead and took photos and made it safe. Later they returned to do thorough job of repairing it, were much less expensive than other quotes and were very friendly and polite. Thank you.
