Matt Loran review about company Scott Roofing Inc

Scott Roofing came very highly recommended to me by a friend so they were my first call. Scott came out and gave me a quote. He was very friendly and professional and the quote was great. I called back the next day to book the job and that’s where my experience fell short. Apparently my quote was a piece of paper left in his “office” which I was told is his truck. Therefore my questions couldn’t be answered because nobody knew anything about me other than Scott whom is never able to be reached because he’s “on a roof today”. A week went by and nobody called me so I called in, my quote was still in his truck. This was still the case when I called back week two and then three. A month after I got my quote and couldn’t get an answer to my questions and a commitment that they even wanted the job I had to figure something else out. It’s unfortunate as I have heard nothing but good things. I’ve never had to hound a company to take my money before. I hope the work they perform is better organized than the quoting and booking procedures. Overall frustrating experience for me.
