We submitted a request for a quote and received a quick and professional response. Kevin came out to measure and discuss the work we were looking to have done.. A couple weeks later I had not heard anything back so I contacted Lori in the office who had originally scheduled my appointment. She responded promptly but from an different "do not respond" email address saying she would get in touch with Kevin right away. That was about 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since.
