The only reason that this company got one star is because negative stars are not available. This company epitomizes the saying the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They take advantage of people when they are in their weakest state. Making huge promises and not fulfilling any of them. Their biggest pitch is that they will be the ones fighting with your insurance for more money. LIES! I was the one that ended up fighting for more money. I was lied to multiple times. I was told that a permit was pulled and that it would take a week until they were out on my property. I called the county and found out that the permit had not even been pulled and that they were waiting on the company to submit additional information. It was a year of dealing with lies and frustration. They tell you in the beginning you can pay in increments, but then push for full payment. I put half down to get the job started, which let me tell you was a nice chunk of money. When all of the roof was finished I get an email saying we owed the FULL amount! I called my insurance company who the check was through and they said that Coastal had already cashed it. I informed Coastal that no, they in fact had the money. They said sorry we found your money and, we had a change in office personnel. I had so many other issues with them that I will not even go into. I feel so sorry for elderly people that probably get swindled by these crooks. Do yourself the biggest favor and run as far as you can from these people. I will say that Raquel the office manager did help me and listened to my frustrations. That was about the only good thing.
