I am so upset with this company and their work! If I could give zero stars, I would! Many corrections had to be made to our home after HEEC installed new siding, windows, shutters, etc in 2012. Tons of gaps, insufficient caulking, wrong shutter style, did not replace exhaust vents, waviness in siding, etc. Also, upon inspection of the attic where we could witness the job, we noticed contractors missed many studs and in the process punctured the sheathing which they destroyed by slicing, ripping and tearing when removing old siding. Because of this, it voids the warranty of the siding since they did not install per manufacturer's specification. We were never asked if we wanted new sheathing that they damaged and were unaware of the damage at the time since they installed during the day when we were at work. Also, they did not even repair the sheathing they ruined, whatsoever!!! The sheathing is the most important exterior structural component of the home! All they did was install a new home wrap to cover up their mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for residential improvement at all. Mark Horner needs to be more on top of the folks who contract his client's work. Will probably need new siding in a few short years because of the shoddy workmanship and skipped steps. Look to other Home remodeling companies.
