Poor Follow up. During the process they were all over us. after they have failed to take care of issues. for instance leak at our attic fan, Jody said fans are in the wrong place, funny, no one mentioned that while they had my roof off! Leak at the Chimney, issue still a problem. Claim that the chimney problem was due to the chimney itself and the cap. funny, no one mentioned this at the time they quoted us. same issue we called about to start. since they came out to tell us none of this was their fault they have not once initiated a call. rest of the roof may be fine, i certainly hope so. would be cautious before hiring them.
