Kelly M review about company Moore Construction Co.

UPDATE - May 2019- DO NOT USE - they will still not return my calls or emails regarding the sprinkler system they have broken. I have left several messages and am clearly being ignored. When their “production manager” finally agreed to come and look at it, he refused to schedule an appointment, rather coming to my property without my permission. I asked to schedule 3 times, when he did show up, he told me that they never agreed the wall would last more than a year, that I can’t prove they dug in the same place the sprinkler is (where their wall is) and that he isn’t sure they would honor their warranty. He guaranteed a call back from their owner within 3 business days, it has been almost 2 months. They give all contractors a bad name and I am stuck footing the bill for an entire fix. Absolutely not - they sold my neighbor and I on a retaining wall. Tried multiple times to charge for services they never completed or that we did not ask for. They didn’t put the proper lining down for rain and drainage and they use untreated cheap wood - it is already breaking in less than 6 months! To make matters worse, turns out they broke my sprinkler pipe. Extremely aggressive about charging for everything but poor quality of service.
