We had a fantastic experience with this company in the roofing of our Brentwood home! In this day and age of less than optimal customer service, this company restores a consumer's faith in quality and honesty. Despite doing our homework and checking reviews, including the Better Business Bureau where Southern Roofing was given a A rating, I was cautiously optimistic. Matt Wiilard lead us through the entire process and maintained accountability for the entire duration of the project from estimation to assurance of our total satisfaction at the conclusion. Communications were prompt and professional as questions and concerns were addressed in an articulate, respectful and professional manner. I would, without hesitation, recommend this company to complete a major improvement to one of your biggest investments. We feel confident that this will only enhance the resale value of our home.
