After several on- site meetings to show owner what we wanted, the workers arrived and did just the opposite! Tore down all our gutters including downspouts. After many complaints and meetings, owner refused to admit error and tried to charge us to put them back correctly. The owner does not return messages and is very sloppy about paperwork. Not reliable
