Senior citizen review: CSM installed our Mitsubishi mini-split system ductless system two months ago replacing an existing cadet wall heater system. I waited to write a review to test the system in actual cold weather and to see how it affected our power bill. Our Mitsubishi mini-split ductless system works perfectly. The heat distribution is even both upstairs and down. Our home is warmer and better served by this whisper quiet system. CSM provided excellent customer service and follow up. CSM''s knowledgeable experienced HVAC tradesman and electricians made a challenging installation have a perfect outcome. Our highest recommendation to this home grown company.
