Ashley Francisco review about company Gateway Roofing & Contracting Ltd

If I could give zero stars, I would. We contacted Jason to repair our roof because we were moving and it needed to be done before the deal closed. It took weeks for him to make an appearance at our house, constantly pushing the date back and never contacting us when he was going to show up. When he finally did show up, he said their was no damage to the roof and everything was fine. But you could clearly see that we had shingles missing. We asked him for a professional letter so that we could provide our lawyer and real estate agent with his professional opinion on the roof. He sends us an email with no company letter head, no signature, nothing. When the new owners came to look at the house, they were not pleased that the shingles were still missing. We, then, contacted a professional roofing company who came in a timely manner and repaired our roof just days before closing...thank god! I would avoid using this company, unreliable and they don't seem to know what missing shingles looks like.
