Called and spoke with Taylor to schedule an appointment. The appointment for the estimate was scheduled for the next day at 10am. The next day, no one showed up so around 3pm I contacted them and the lady who answered the phone treated me as if I were bothering her. I explained that I had scheduled an appointment and that no one showed. She stated that, "I don't have the schedule. I'll call the supervisor and have him call you back." A half hour later after not receiving a phone call, I called them back and canceled. She didn't seem to care. Don't bother with them.
