Inactive Account review about company Arkra Inc

The worst in office customer service response. We called to request copy of the insurance and/or worker's comp information from this contractor. We kept calling back over several days, as they never returned our calls. Finally, today, the person who handles phone conversations named Debbie was simply awful. We have never had problem talking to Tony, a person who handles the account, but after talking to this lady, it felt like choosing any other business over this company.
