Kevin Bright review about company A.R.P. Renovation and Maintenance

Terrible business. Hired them to put a new roof on. Prior to the work being performed, I told the workers that I had an existing leak and showed them where it was and where it was coming from. I cut a hole in my ceiling below the leak and showed them the hole. They told me that the problem would be fixed with the new roof. New roof went on and I fixed the hole in my ceiling. First big rainstorm, and the same exact spot leaked. I had them back out twice and the roof is still leaking. I just got off the phone with the owner. He flat out called me a liar, spoke very condescendingly to me and told me to sue them. Well, that's what I'm doing. Unless you want to deal with company that curses at you on the phone, speaks unprofessionally and condescendingly, and makes you sue them, go with another company.
