Glad Gone review about company Progressive Roofing Inc

I have never worked for a place that makes you feel so degraded & insignificant!! The owner is very condescending, arrogant, pompous, callous, chauvinistic and degrading. To him EVERYONE is disposable - I firmly believe he feels this of his own mother! The few other employees, although nice, are walking around the place (which mind you, has heat set below 50 degrees, hot water is OFF & you need to wash your hands, in the non-heated bathroom (like going to an outside outhouse in the middle of the winter!), under ICE COLD water as well as any dishes you may have in cold water)...they walk around like the walking wounded. Owner/Boss can make the most intelligent person feel like an "idiot". The front door may as well be a rotating door, as he cannot keep office help. If it were not for the Controller, with his understanding, empathetic personality = nobody could survive there…downright degrading! Very depressing & degrading place to work!
