Kyle Wickware review about company Pine Tree Construction

Worst service you can imagine. First they said would start in 4 to 6 weeks but took 2 months to start. Then did ' not clean up any of the nails till i told them of the mess they did not put vent boots on simply spread glue around then they damaged the hotwater vent to the point that the water heater would not stay lite .sent out a guy who had no idea what he was doing left without fixing it took my number said they would call. At this point we had been with out hot water for 6 days they did not call. I had to call them. They still had not made any progress on resolving my problem. So I went up on the roof myself took a look at how they had cut all the support tabes on the cap and just crammed it on I repaired it the way it should be only took 30 minutes I am 69 years old so it was a little risky on a slick roof. As of this post they still have not called to let me know what they are going to do. KYLE
