Marc Borson review about company Ultraframe

Paid our deposit as requested, once survey once conducted there were problems and instead of refunding deposit the sales team changed my order and massively inflated the cost of a project that was never agreed or specified by myself. It turns out the deposit is the commission of the freelance sales team. So can not be refunded without significant costs to the company. So as a client you are effectively ransomed, in the end we got £3500.00 and they retrained £1000.00. So it cost me £1000.00 for daring to enquire about their service. Terrible.
