Loren is the best project manager. At the first time when he inspect my roof after the hail damage, I can see he works in a different way from others. He spent almost 1 hour to inspect the roof, windows, gutters, downpours, unlike other roofers were just interested in how many dent in 5x5 area, to make sure they can get money from insurance. His thorough style of working then extended into the project plan phase and the project day. Whenever I have question, I just text him, usually got reply in minutes. Highly recommended.
