Justin VanSumeren review about company 1-800-HANSONS of Saginaw

Lies lies lies. Never had a more unprofessional experience in my life! Two came by, scheduled a quote. Guy never showed come to find out he was sick and no one said anything. Rescheduled, guy came, did the quote I said OK let's do it. Never came! Called again, guy was sick that was doing the job. Said they rescheduled me, three weeks later they never showed again! Frustrated obviously, I called back and cancelled. Was getting cold outside so I didn't get a different company in time! Thanks Hanson's!! Two comes through today, I tell him no no no, one experience is enough! Guy don't give up, apologies says he will talk to Hanson's for all my troubles and make it right! So I give them ANOTHER chance. I get a call, two says I'm scheduled for tomorrow at 1 pm. She says she has no idea what I'm talking about, I'm not in the computer for the previous year and the Two never said anything about what I went through!! Company is full of cheap car salesman with no regard for the customer or what they put me through! Needless to say I'm taking my business elsewhere and hopefully this saves some others the same trouble!! 😤😒
