M&M has excellent customer service. They are professional, personable, and honest. I thought I needed a new roof because I found a few shingles on the lawn. After the free inspection, he took photos of my roof to share with me, which showed that I only needed to replace a few shingles, not an entire roof. Additionally, the photos showed that we were missing a chimney cap. Even though they don't install chimney caps, it was helpful to know that we needed to get one installed. I was very satisfied from my initial call for service, the free estimate, the efficiency of their workers, and the follow up after the work was completed. I highly recommend them for a roofing repair job.
