March 2018 I set up 3 appts for roofing bids . Connelly was to be here at 10am but then changed to 3pm on their decision . I knew that one of the other bids might overlap in scheduleing but should have not been a issue. Around 3pm they said they were 30min out and never showed . After 4pm called their office and found out they had come but when saw another truck made their own decision to leave . Called their office again and was told if I wanted them to come back would be there in 20min I said ok . Waited till 530pm stilll nobody and no follow up phone call the next day . Piss poor communication and customer service do not schedule with them will not be certain if they show up! Do not recommend find other company that cares instead
